Herbed Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic or wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon dried basil -- crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme -- crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram -- crushed

Instructions

For dressing, combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar. Shake well to
mix.
Chill the dressing til serving time or up to 1 week.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
